ABOUT PADLOCK SEALS

Secure Padlock is a one-time use, press-fit tamper-evident type of seal consisting of two pieces, a housing made of sturdy plastic, and a high-grade steel hasp. Users can lock the seal by pressing the wire hasp inside the plastic housing, like locking a padlock. The hasp, once inserted through a locking mechanism on the seal’s body and engaged, does not permit the opening of the seal without breaking or visibly damaging it. Depending on the user requirement, the steel hasp may have scoring or be plain. Security Padlock seals often come with color codes, branding, unique identification numbers or markings, and features like QR and barcodes, allowing easy tracking and identification. The tracking features of the High Security Padlock help maintain a record of seal usage and enables traceability throughout the supply chain.
